You may be surprised at how few staff we have, but at HIGHnet the emphasis is on quality, not quantity.

Board of Directors
A family affair, HIGHnet is run by the Siegel family. The company, then Highland Network Ltd, was founded by  Flo Siegel. She was later joined by husband Dave Siegel, who became Managing Director, and her son David J Siegel, now also Director.  Dave and David are joined by our Board of Directors who all focus on leading the company forward in their own areas.

Sales Team:
Our Sales Team is headed by Kim Moran-Hogg, winner of Channel Salesperson of the Year at the Comms Business Awards 2008. Between the team they manage our Channel Partners and Customers throughout the whole of Scotland.

IP Telephony Team:
Focusing solely with the Ultimate Voice product range, we have our team of technical experts. Technical Director, Dave Alldritt, is supported by Nicholas Richardson and Krystian Rabiej.

Customer Services & Faults Team:
The customer services team; the one customers normally like to shout at. Unfortunately for them, however, our customer services staff are so helpful and nice that any anger soon disappears!

Provisioning Team:
The Provisioning Department is where it all begins. The orders fly in, and each team member follows their orders through to completion. Headed by Network Provisioning Director, Katrina Macleod, the team is in good hands; Katrina has been at the company for 10 years!

Marketing Manager:
Jennifer Nicol, who joined HIGHnet in 2007, works closely with our Channel Partners and manages our marketing and communications activities.

Billing Manager:
Keith Masson joined HIGHnet in 2009, and he is responsible for maintaining our billing platform - ensuring you receive your bill on time each month!
