Perfect IP Telephone System for the Small, Branch or Home office.

FeaturePlus can be provided with IP handsets, or if you wish you can use the service on your existing analogue handsets. This is no ordinary telephone system. It offers reduced call costs, free on-net calls, and a whole host of advanced calling features which are accessed and controlled online.

Although we recommend this system for smaller offices, this does not mean that multi-site offices cannot benefit from its features, we simply advise to have no more than 8 users per site.

The IP handsets (Linksys SPA 942) are stylish and functional in design, featuring 4 active lines, dual-switched ethernet ports, Power over Ethernet, a high resolution graphical display, full-duplex speakerphone, and a headset port.

To use your existing analogue handsets, the Linksys ATA (IP telephony gateway) allows you to connect up to 8 handsets to the FeaturePlus service, which is then managed via the online portal.

Call Recording
FeaturePlus Call Recording is a network based call recording service which is highly cost-effective, fully flexible and features a unique file verification system to ensure integrity of recordings. It is a chargeable addition to the FeaturePlus and Virtual Numbers services. Calls can be stored locally, or online for up to six months, and it is ideal for compliance or for training/quality control purposes. Virtual numbers
HIGHnet FeaturePlus also offers virtual numbers. Your company can create a local presence in areas where you are not based. This is a much more cost-effective replacement for old services, such as Caller Redirect or Remote Call Forward.
