What is our Partner Programme?

Our primary route to market is through our ever
growing network of channel partners; companies
who sell our services direct to end-customers.

With our support as an established and reputable provider, our Partners can compete in the increasingly competitive and price-sensitive telecommunications market. It pays to partner with HighNet. 

All businesses need phone lines and Internet connectivity. Your customers will be looking for the best and most efficient technology, and by working with us you can deliver genuine converged solutions. Your area of expertise can lie at the heart of the solution, and we can help you win more business with our wide product range and access to other products.

How do you make money?

Simple. We reward you with commission on all of your customers’ billed revenue. You are paid every month within 2 weeks of the customer being invoiced. As an example, if you bring on just 5 new customers every month, by the end of the first year, you will have earned £13,650 (assumes a below average monthly spend of just £350 per customer). This is pure profit for your business as it is all margin.      

How is your business affected?

Our products and services are complimentary to your existing business, so while you continue to deliver expertise in your field, the impact of adding our services to your current business is purely extra income.

The great thing about becoming a HighNet Partner is that, telecoms expert or not, we provide you with all the training and support you need in order to boost your income. Also, once the customer is live and billing with HighNet, you don't need to do anything else other than watch the payments come in each month.                              

      

What else do you get?

As a HighNet Partner, you will have your own dedicated Channel Account Manager, whose knowledge and expertise is second to none. Many providers claim to have the best Account Managers in the country, however we can prove it! Our Sales Director, Kim Moran-Hogg, was awarded Channel Salesperson of the Year at 2008's Comms Business Awards.

You will receive training whenever you feel you need it. We handle all provisioning, customer service and technical support (pre and post-sale) on your behalf. We also offer sales and marketing support, with a dedicated Partner Extranet which incorporates a comprehensive knowledgebase and online ordering placement and tracking service.

Your company will benefit from collaborative working with us, and also from our ability to bring Partners together in order to provide fully encompassing solutions for our customers. We encourage our Partners to network with each other both at our Partner events and through social networking media.
