HIGHnet Voice Services Features:


In March 2009 under FSA rules it became mandatory for all businesses advising on money matters to record all calls, which can be costly in terms of equipment and management. HIGHnet can help you overcome these costs, as we provide network based call recording to cover both inbound and outbound calls from your lines. These recordings are accessed via a secure website, where they are played and downloaded for forwarding.


Ofcom currently levy fines of up to £5000 per instance for soliciting unwanted calls. HIGHnet offer a unique service to protect your company against incurring these fines, by vetting dialled numbers against the central ‘opt in’ Telephone Preference Service database.

The standard HIGHnet billing information can provide call breakdowns by direct dial number or extension number. For more detailed analysis we offer bill analysis software. For an additional charge we can also provide an on-site call logger package using the latest state of the art software applications. We can even provide statistical analysis of incoming calls across geographic and non-geographic numbers.


We issue your bill how you want to see it, for example, by site, by cost centre, or as a CSV file for import into your accounts package. We can accommodate almost any requirement with our leading edge billing platform and first class customer services team, just let us know.
