Business Fives, the Edinburgh-based company that runs corporate football events, kicks off an online tournament today – and the excitement is certainly building here at HighNet!
When we heard about this Esports event, we were pretty sure we could put together a strong team; let’s just say there’s a few keen gamers here who fancy their chances in both the FIFA and Call of Duty competitions.
The tournament is a great way for teams to play against each other, offering some excitement and light relief during these uncertain times. At HighNet, like all other companies out there, we know the impact that the new day-to-day measures are having on our team, and we absolutely welcome this opportunity to bring some light-hearted (and possibly a little competitive) interaction with others going through the same.
As with all events run by Business Fives, a strong charity element will run throughout the tournament, with the companies competing taking part in fundraising and the winners set to receive a donation to their chosen charity.
We are delighted to take part in this event, and our chosen charity is Highland Hospice.
