HighNet and BrawBand are delighted to win the award for Workforce Upskilling. Sponsored by the Highland Council, this award is aimed at businesses who have upskilled their workforce to enable a positive step-change.
For HighNet, this was recognition for the launch of consumer broadband product BrawBand. In only 6 months, the hardworking BrawBand team managed to build, prepare and launch their first-ever consumer product. A fantastic achievement, driven by hard work, collaboration, training support and teamwork.
A great event, hosted by the Inverness Chamber of Commerce, the Highland Business Awards are renowned for celebrating the achievements of businesses throughout the region with organisations large and small, new and well established, and across all sectors recognised for their success.
On the win, Managing Director David J Siegel commented: “We all know that the business environment has been a little different over the past year or so, yet despite all of this the team all worked tirelessly to launch BrawBand. We are all very excited with how it’s gone so far – and our customers seem happy too, so here’s to more of the same. Well done team BrawBand, and to all the other finalists and winners.”
